Hi I know this is a dumb question ,well maybe to you lol I can not get the text box that keeps popping up under my pointer to go away.Every time I get close to a link a box will pop up and tell me what the link is and sometimes its about one I was just on not about the one I am on now. I have been through the control panel to the pointer settings but nothing I know about has worked its just really annoying. Thank you for your time.
This is an interesting problem and I asked her to take a picture of the problem when it happens. The above picture shows the error that she got. I told her to reinstall her graphic drivers since its most likely a graphics issue. I have had this happen to me a few times but I don't remember what I did to fix it, if I even did fix it. I reinstall my OS too often to remember. Nonetheless, I would like more information about why this bug happens and what is the real fix.
