Rogers.ca customer website sucks

Trying to figure out what the hell is up with Roger's customer service site and its crap. Theres two buttons, upgrade to iphone, and upgrade my phone. I click the first one and the page refreshes. WTF. So I clicked on the other one and it brings up a window asking if its because I lost my phone or sim card. I was no, but theres NO BUTTON TO CLICK SUBMIT. So I clicked 'X' for exit and nothing. WTF Rogers.
